TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

UNTAMED

Where ancient baobabs stand like storytellers themselves, and elephant herds move without hurry. Tarangire National Park is Tanzania at its rawest; a day spent here is a day spent listening to a wilder, older rhythm.

1-Day Itinerary:

You day begins with an early morning pick up at your hotel in Arusha. After a smooth ride on the tarmac road, and a quick bumpy ride to the park entrance you will have a few moments for a restroom break and some photos while your guide completes registration. As you enter the park look for zebras and antelopes grazing while you marvel at huge and ancient baobab trees. Your game drive passes through wide open plains, along tree lined valleys and along the river. Along the way you will stop for lunch at a picnic area, with shady tables and sly vervet monkeys. Tarangire is known for its huge herds of elephants, as well as lions, cheetahs and giraffes.  The full day ends with the ride back to your hotel. A day spent here is a story you can write forever

Tour includes all entry fees, bottled water, and lunch box.
